Terms of Service

Kama is a software-as-a-service platform for business operations. It is not a bank, payment processor, money transmitter, money services business or financial institution, and it does not provide financial, tax or legal advice.

Payment processing is performed by licensed third-party providers that you connect to your account. Your use of those providers is governed by your agreement with them. Kama does not hold, receive, control or custody funds.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for the lawfulness of your business activity, for maintaining account credentials, and for complying with the Acceptable Use Policy.

Software subscription fees, billing periods and any usage limits are set out in your order. Kama charges software subscription and platform usage fees for use of its billing and payment workflow functionality. Payment processing and settlement are provided by the customer’s connected payment provider.

We aim to provide a reliable service and reasonable support, but the software is provided without warranties other than those that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate a subscription in line with the order terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
