Kama is licensed for legitimate business operations: billing, invoicing, subscription management, reporting and workflow automation for your own company.

• Unlawful activity, fraud, or evasion of sanctions or export controls.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or disguising the source of funds.
• Reselling the platform to third parties without a written agreement.
• Attempting to breach security, probe systems, or disrupt availability.
• Uploading malware, or data you have no lawful right to process.
• Using the platform to imply that Kama provides regulated financial services.

Your connected payment provider applies its own restricted-business rules. You are responsible for complying with them in addition to this policy.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, and will notify you where we are permitted to do so.
